When I was very young, my parents let me attend the dunedin fine arts center for summer camp and educational art programs. they offer a wide variety of programs, lectures, arts and crafts sessions, galleries, and much more. i am sure it would be very beneficial for more youngsters today. it is not a world class art center but they do offer some very interesting activities.
